Welcome to MAI Health! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in becoming an agent. Please follow the steps below to get started.
1/4.
​Click the 'Agent Agreement' button below to download the file. Please review the agreement, then upload the signed document in the 'Register as Agent' form found in section 2/4.

​after downloading and signing, please fill out the sign-up form below.
3/4.
As stated in the Agent Agreement, agents are required to subscribe to a monthly seller fee. Please click the button below to subscribe.
​Once we receive your agent submission, including all required information and the seller fee subscription, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a detailed onboarding session.
4/4.
Once everything is completed, click the button below to join our South African Agent Contact Group.
